François completed his law studies in Lausanne and Geneva, obtaining a Master’s degree in Economic Law, before being admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2008.

He has been practicing as an independent lawyer since 2011, partner at the law firms MDF Avocats until 2014, MDFH (Martin Davidoff Fivaz Hay) until 2022, and at EVIDENTIA Avocats since then.

He is Swiss and speaks English and French.
